[Erp5-dev] Requirement is missing

Hi,
Task Property sheet include "requirement" who does not exist in
portal_category. I think this Base Category should be added to erp5_core BT.

The 'requirement' base category is created and used at erp5_project. I'm
not sure that is this (Task.py) the right place for requirement, but I
agree that requirement and also predecessor can be moved to erp5_core.
