Can you kindly let me know where I can get MySQL-Max installer. Is there any
pre-installation is required for this MySQL-Max.

AFAIK, MySQL-Max is a mandriva-specific denomination for "MySQL with
all features", and we are interested in InnoDB, which isn't (wasn't ?)
enable in regular MySQL package.

Nowadays, as Jean-Paul already told you, we use MariaDB and use
slapos to be distribution-independent.
