Hello,

I re-factored this script:
* now it is displaying HTML page with links
* you are able to check selections by prefix (eg. to check
uniqueness of selection_names on site, on which you have erp5_*
portal skins and your, eg. customer_* portal skins)
* some minor fixes
* updated docstring
* include previous error prone patch

BTW, the name is wrong. It should be
ERP5Site_showAllUsedSelectionNameList
or
ERP5Site_showUsedSelectionNameList
