Hi,

Based on multiple suggestions and advice, we have setup a wiki for ERP5. A
few of us have been testing it for a while and I think we are happy with
the result: it seems we can now produce more contributions and documents in
shorter time with this wiki than we used to do. So, the ERP5 Wiki will
likely become the official ERP5 community site.

The wiki was guided by the principle "Less is More" (should I call this
Sebastian's principle or is there a reference ?). So, it focusses on what
matters to most of us: download, documentation, screenshots, demos.

There is also a section discussion and a resource library section for those
parts which are useful in a second phase. This part is a bit hidden.

I wrote a short guideline for contribution:

http://wiki.erp5.org/GuidelinesForWikiAuthors

We are going to start feeding it from now with documentation.

JPS.

PS. we chose moinmoin wiki because it is python based and because we found
that it had excellent usability (it has already been used a lot by many
free software projects). One interesting feature in moinmoin is GUI editing
of pages and of drawing. You can have a look at:

This is great news!

I hope everybody takes time to visit the wiki and see in what way
they can contribute. Big or small.

A side note. "Less is more" is really a term used by creative people
when they strive for minimalism, but it has also become popular among
business developers who are inspired by companies such as IKEA or Apple.
