I have added wildcard support into Business Templates. You can specify, for
example, "portal_categories/foo/*" or "currency/*" in Paths.
You can get detailed information about how wildcards work from the manual:

In theory, very complex expressions, like
"portal_categories/[!a-c]*/?/[XYZ]*", would work. But I guess you would only
need to use 'some/path/*' in reality.
