I did some changes in ZSQLCatalog and ERP5Catalog. I optimized some tables.
This is not absolutely necessary, but if you want to obtain benefit from
this, you need to update the Products and recreate a SQL Catalog.
1. Update Products in your instance home from the CVS.
2. Restart Zope.
3. Go to portal_catalog and rename erp5_mysql to something else for safety.
4. Execute addDefaultSQLMethods in portal_catalog via your browser.
5. Customize the catalog, if necessary (such as related keys).
6. Go to the tab Advanced and execute Clear Catalog.
7. Execute ERP5Site_reindexAll and wait for a while.
8. If anything went wrong, revert erp5_mysql.
This will increase the performance of indexing "a bit".
